5:00-5:30pm - Serving Clinic

June 1st, 8th, 15th,
The defense clinics will cover all aspects of passing fundamentals. Players will receive a high number of repetitions to increase skill level and back row confidence. Emphasis will be placed on defense posture, platform positioning, movemebt, reading the ball, etc. Players will work on improving their serve receive, free ball, and down ball passing.

Serving clinics will focus on the basics of float and top spin serving, as well as advanced serving techniques (including jump serving). Players will receive a high number of individual repetitions to improve serving accuracy.
